I've been to PlanetaKino a couple dozen times and it's always been a very positive experience - clean, comfortable and stress-free. The app is easy to use and adds to the overall smoothness of going and watching the film. I'm extremely happy that they offer movies in the original language since it's the only ones I ever go to watch.

Last updates don't let me log in to my profile. Even after resetting password it still won't work. Says "wrong password". Also tried from 3 different devices. Doesn't work anyway. Btw, everything works fine from the web version. Updated: issue doesn't occur anymore.

Unable to pay tickets from application by any proposed option. I contacted customer supports, and they answered that can't help, and offered to pre-book tickets only, and pay them in casher upon arrival to cinema. The application updates not available for long time. May be with update will be solved the problem. In addition, I even few times re-installed the application, and still without improvements.
